Small Change

Herr Hoffman parks his late-model car in a lot across from his corner office on the top floor. Each day, he puts a coin in the cup of a beggar who stands in front of the building. One day, Hoffman looks out his window and notices the beggar washing his car - no one else's in the lot, just Hoffmann's. That evening, when he gives the beggar a coin, Hoffmann tells him not the wash it. But the next day, it happens again. On the third morning, Hoffman drives his car back and forth in a mud puddle; the beggar washes it carefully. That evening, Hoffman has no change and no small bills, only 100 DM. He tries to evade the beggar, who gives chase, cane and all. More than wills collide.

The U Part 2

In only 3 short months since his appointment as player/manager, the legendary Gianluca Vialli has led Chelsea to an historic cup double. Africa Light / Gray Zone

"Africa Light" - as white local citizens call Namibia. The name suggests romance, the beauty of nature and promises a life without any problems in a country where the difference between rich and poor could hardly be greater. Namibia does not give that impression of it. If you look at its surface it seems like Africa in its most innocent and civilized form. It is a country that is so inviting to dream by its spectacular landscape, stunning scenery and fascinating wildlife. It has a very strong tourism structure and the government gets a lot of money with its magical attraction. But despite its grandiose splendor it is an endless gray zone as well. It oscillates between tradition and modernity, between the cattle in the country and the slums in the city. It shuttles from colonial times, land property reform to minimum wage for everyone. It fluctuates between socialism and cold calculated market economy.

Zinzun: A Revolutionary Activist

Michael Zinzun was a revolutionary activist who fought for social justice issues. From Pasadena and South-Central Los Angeles to Brazil, Haiti, and Southern Africa. He was most instrumental in organizing the 1992 Watts gang truce.

Mission Air

Mother and son, Diane and Michael Ireland have just completed another successful medial mission trip to Mexico. Caring for children, delivering supplies, and of course Michael's cherished time with Marisol, the love of his life. The plane arrives to take them home to Mission Air, their home in Texas, when a group of bandits attack in an effort to steal the plane. The bandits now formulate a plan to kidnap the Ireland's daughter and the crew must risk everything to save Sophie. There is a skirmish that ensues and the Irelands must rely on being protected by the armor of God in an effort to bring Sophie home. My First Romance
