It's not true that I remember my husband's disappearance and the strange events that happened. Soo-yeon is consulted by psychiatrist Jeong-woo after her husband Yeong-min disappears, and Jeong-woo visits the site and advice Soo-yeon whose memories are confused to visit the place where she first met her husband. Soo-yeon suddenly changes her attitude when she finds her dead husband Yeong-min's body there. Meanwhile, Soo-yeon learned from the insurance investigator that all the men who had been married so far died and received huge insurance money. At that time, Soo-yeon and Jeong-woo who invited Jeongwoo to a party in a remote mansion in the mountains, face a shocking and terrible truth there.

In "Spaces #2", 7 internationally acclaimed directors shot, after commissioning by the Thessaloniki International Film Festival, a short film at home, making their own timely comment on the new reality that we live in. The project is inspired by the book "Species of Spaces" by the French novelist, filmmaker, documentalist, and essayist, Georges Perec and the days of quarantine. The idea is to create a film at home, using the environment, the people or the animals in that space. The only outdoor areas that may be used are outdoor living spaces, such as the terrace, the garden, the balcony and the stairwell. This is Rachel Leah Jones's submission.

The Cord of Life

Antonine, a worthless, good-for-nothing scoundrel, demands money of his cousin Galora, an energetic, provident husband and father. His demands are met with a positive rebuff, and when he becomes insistent be is forcibly ejected by Galora. As he leaves the tenement he vows to get even, and lies in wait until Galora has gone out on business. Climbing to the fifth floor, on which the Galoras live, he watches his chance, which comes when Mrs. Galora goes for an instant to visit a neighbor on the same floor. Darting into the apartment and raising the window he perceives the awful result of a drop to the ground, five stories below, and so evolves a plan that is dastardly in the extreme. Taking the infant child from the cradle, and placing it in a basket he lets it out with a short rope, the end of which he secures by letting the sash down on it, so that to raise the window would precipitate the baby to destruction.

The film consists of fragments of feature films of the twenties. They reflect the life of the country from a variety of sides: we see how people work, eat, drink, have fun, suffer, love.

The Light of Asia

Living an indolent life in a luxurious palace, Prince Gautama (Rai) is insulated by his family from the harshness of the world outside. Featuring superimposed images and deep-focus shots that were highly impressive for the time, Light of Asia astutely combines a deeply felt spirituality with the surefire attraction of Indian exotica, which helped make it a considerable success in Europe.
